Bongards' Creameries Warehouse Specialist- Night Shift - 4 pm to 2 am in Cologne, Minnesota

Position Summary: Bongards is looking for an energetic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Relief Operator on the Night Shift - 4 pm to 2 am. This is a Monday through Friday position and is scheduled for 50 hours each week with anything over 40 paid as overtime. Position Responsibilities: Must be able to learn and perform safely all of the jobs in the warehouse including the robotic palletizer. Must be capable of understanding data collection with the use of scanners. Will provide relief for break periods when necessary. Will fill in for any types of absences, leaves and vacation. Must be willing to and capable of operating the yard truck. Willing to work overtime as needed. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead. Other Requirements: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Must adhere to and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain forklift certification. Able to work independently Must report all Food Safety and Quality issues it immediate supervisor or their designated replacement. Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. Must be able to frequently lift and or carry up to 45 lbs. Able to spend extended periods of time standing or seated. Able to spend extend periods of time work in the coolers.
