The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee
program to women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. We
are grateful for the contributions our valued employees make toward the
maintenance and effectiveness of the programs. The organization is indebted

As our enthusiastic and hardworking ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, you will be
responsible for (but not limited to):

full-time Assistant Store Manager at our Colorado Springs store. This is a

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Takes an active role and partners with management team in the day-to-day
operation of the store.
-Assumes responsibility for all day to day store operations in the absence of
other management.
-Assists with coaching, training and development to the Store Employees.
-Ensures Customer/Donor needs are met by maintaining good
Customer/Donor/Community relations; complaints are resolved; and
service is quick and efficient.
-In absence of Store Manager, coordinates daily morning and shift change
team meetings. Supervises employees in performance of duties to ensure
compliance with published directives and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Available to work flexible hours during open store hours, within a
10am-6pm, 7-day week time frame.
Able to communicate effectively with management, store employees,
customers, and donors.
Previous retail experience and supervisory experience are a plus.
Must be able to operate or quickly learn to operate a POS/Cash Register
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must hold a valid Driver's license.
Must pass a background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex
Offender Registry.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and
twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as merchandise carts, and
furniture dollies.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
