integral member of our Mission Solutions Development team with the following
responsibilities:
Rapidly develop a deep understanding of Kratos products, technologies, and
internal practices.
Support development of strategic plans and near-term actions for proliferation
of Kratos products and technologies into the Federal market.
Work to create, expand and strengthen trusted relationships in the Federal
market to proactively identify actionable business opportunities.
Lead capture activities on strategic opportunities; engaging with
customer/teammates in discussions to understand the challenges and needs,
and developing strategies to win.
Manage solicitation (RFx) responses: developing compelling proposals
integrating capture themes / strategies; and leading effective and
collaborative proposal team ensuring comprehensive compliance; color team
reviews and stakeholder approval for winning results.
Coordinate capabilities briefings, demonstrations, customer meetings,
tradeshow attendance for applicable Federal market business areas (some
travel may be required).
Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, forums,
etc. to form strategic business relationships within our markets to include
potential growth markets.
Advise Kratos business segments of significant opportunities and generation of
sales leads.
Support preparation of technical-oriented business development presentations
and work to become adept in performing the delivery of this material along
with demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with customer
systems engineers and program managers.
Support the negotiation of strategic sales transactions for Kratos offerings
both directly to the government and through prime/sub and teaming
relationships
Modest amount of travel may be required
Keyword: Strategic business development pursuit, capture, proposal

control, SATCOM, MILCOM,
Required Experience:
5 years of related experience with a Bacheloris degree; or 3 years and a
Masteris degree
Demonstrated ability building business relationships
Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, strategic thinking, situational
analysis, contract/requirements negotiations & detail-oriented
Cross-functional team relationships, stakeholder management & leadership
qualities
Proficiency with Salesforce, Office 365 tools, SharePoint
Desired Skills and Experience
Ability to attain and retain TS/SCI clearance existing TS/SCI highly
desirable

Salary Range: $165,000-$200,000
