Summary Description:
Leads and oversees the production of six full shows in two theaters with a
technical budget of approximately $500,000. This position brings the
vision of creative teams to fruition in scheduling, coordinating, and
planning each design and technical facet of each process. The FAC theater
department includes six full-time staff and hires contract employees for
additional work.

Anticipated Salary Range: $58,392 to $78,829 per year
Responsibilities:
Oversee all technical aspects involved in all theater programming and all
decision-making related to physical production of theatre company activities.
Supervise Theatre Company production staff. Hire and supervise
run-crew/production personnel.
Create and maintain department and show calendars and the inclusive
deadlines. Oversee scheduling of performance and rehearsal spaces.
With the Producing Artistic Director, create and manage each fiscal
year's operating budget and production budgets.
Work with creative teams to implement their visions within budget
parameters.
Run all production meetings.
In collaboration with the Production Staff, oversee the procurement of
all theatre equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in technical theatre or equivalent experience plus a
minimum of five years of professional theatre design/technical/management
experience; an industry knowledge of technical theatre including but not
limited to stage craft, carpentry, lighting, sound, costumes,
rigging and design; general maintenance skills; budget management
experience; excellent leadership and supervision skills; strong
communication and collaboration skills, general office skills, including
knowle

A Master's degree in technical theatre.
