Maxus Excavating is currently looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders to prepare job sites and dig utilities. Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders to move materials and prepare job sites. Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the work to be done. Use hand and power tools to excavate, backfill, and compact soil. Inspect and maintain equipment on a regular basis to ensure it is in good working condition. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
