The Manager, Hispanic Ministry Operations position exists to be responsible to manage all operational aspects of the Hispanic ministry. The Manager coordinates and leads the implementation of strategies and ministry efforts to ensure the Hispanic ministry maximizes both reach and impact into the Hispanic communities in the US and around the world.
Ensures that the Hispanic ministry operates within Focus on the Family's ("FOF") mission, vision, and strategic priorities
Ensures that the Hispanic ministry operates within FOF’s Christian values and
Philosophy
Works with the Vice President, Hispanic Ministry Development to achieve the goals of the Hispanic Ministry
Implements a strategy that draws families, churches, businesses, and ministry leaders into the Hispanic ministry
Equips, strengthens and reaches families, communities and churches by making relevant content easily accessible for speaking engagements and small groups
Coordinates Small Group strategy and execution within churches and communities
Coordinates Speaking Engagements strategy and execution within churches and communities
Speaks for Focus on the Family in national and international Hispanic speaking engagements
Develops ministry partnerships with Hispanic organizations, businesses, ministries and churches
Is responsible for resourcing Hispanic ministry leaders with tools for spiritual and family growth
Coordinates national and international ministry congresses for pastors and family ministry leaders
Provides mentorship for ministry partners leaders
Leads and develops the Hispanic ministry team so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their roles
Leads and coordinates day-to-day operations
Operates the Hispanic ministry in stewardship, modeling biblical integrity, accountability, transparency, and wisdom.

Knowledge/Experience:
Position requires a bachelors degree in any major and 18 months of experience in parachurch ministry operations, fluency in Spanish, frequent international and domestic travel

Stewardship Requirements:
This position is a “position of responsibility” as defined in the Focus on the Family Moral Policy. This role is considered a Spokesperson for Focus on the Family and should represent Focus’ position and tone at all times
Salary Range: $63,000 to $73,000/yr
