We have a great opportunity for a Logistic Analyst 3 to support the Consolidated AFSCN Modifications, Maintenance, and Operations (CAMMO) Contract; which maintains the requirement of operational performance through a consolidated service of operations, site support, organizational and depot maintenance, sustainment, modifications, and factory/launch compatibility testing for the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN). You will perform logistics functions, to include but not limited to: spares analysis, maintenance planning, item record maintenance and inventory.

What You’ll Get to Do:

You will perform Logistics Functional Analysis functions within the context of a Contractor Support Weapons System (CSWS). Focus is assessment and accountability of contractual property records. Account for 100% accuracy of property inventory by performing record physical counts and address discrepancies. You must have a working knowledge of the Logistics Life Cycle; from Acquisition thru Sustainment phasing. You will be responsible for planning, performing and implementing a variety of functions related to government property accountability, to include: Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), the movement and marking of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and maintenance of Contractor Property Records. Conduct record-keeping utilizing various databases, such as: GOLD, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), DO43A, DO143C, ILS-S and other Government approved systems.

Additionally, improve contractor support and sustainment processes, to include system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance, and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Produce data reports such as logistics management information (LMI), sparing analysis, logistics support reports, level of repair analysis (LORA) and create basis of estimates (BOE’s). Duties may also include managing control of goods, services and information from point of origin through customer delivery. You may plan and schedule routes of import/export, including monitoring flow of traffic to/from international destinations; ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance. Assess and maintain compliance with federal and foreign shipment and receipt regulations. Directly interface with government customer and agencies while supporting various required meetings.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) and five to seven years of related experience.

  • Experience with Logistics and Supply functions within the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) required.

  • Experience with Contractor Supported Weapons Systems (CSWS) practices and procedures desired.

  • 5+ years performing logistics functions including life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.

  • Risk reporting to the Government and COR monthly

  • Supply Chain Risk Assessments (SCRAs) conducted prior to acquisition or use of hardware, software, cloud services and other tech-related services, Information Gathering and Scoping Analysis, Threat Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Risk Response Analysis.

  • Continuous Monitoring of Suppliers

  • Overall Supply Chain Risk Management Action Plans, including coordinating mitigations with executive leadership. Focus heavily on managing and maturing existing areas of Supply Chain risk and performance management including assessing and responding to regulatory changes, and Logistics continuity.

  • Experience assessing and maintaining compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.

  • U.S. citizen (mandatory).

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC).

  • Experience with GEIASTD0007, GEIA-HB-0007 Logistics Data Handbooks and DOD5000-1 and DOD5000-2 Acquisition Guide Books

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
