About the role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, your development activities at the Cyber
Operations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
SAFe offers proven, integrated principles, practices, and competencies
to implement lead, agile, and DevOps at scale. Additionally, this
program office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration of
security at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initial
design, through integration, testing, deployment, and software
delivery. These development efforts shall result in two deployable defensive
cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF mission systems.
What we are looking for:
4+ years of hands-on experience performing activities in at least two of the
following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, & Python
Experience in at least two of the following applications frameworks:
React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML, Material UI
Familiarity & knowledge with: Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP
Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL),
Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud
Experience or knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software
development, agile methodologies, agile project management, software
project management, defensive cyber operations, software development life
cycle management, program/project management, cross-functional team
Must possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe for Teams certification
Obtain Security+ within the first 90 days of employment with Raft
You may be required to travel periodically
Highly preferred:
Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience
Experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office
Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS), or System Engineering and
Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office
Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs
Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $200,000
The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's
comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
