Job Description
Review applicants for available positions within the credit union,
evaluating the applicant's background, experience, skills, and
qualifications. Depending on position administers and evaluates various
job-related tests. Verifies prior employment and/or education and checks
references as appropriate. Refers qualified candidates to hiring manager and
counsel's manager on selection of candidate. Coordinates and monitors
results from drug screens, background checks, and credit reporting.
Determine starting salaries based on the candidate's experience and ensure
internal equity is maintained and in compliance with company policy. Extends
job offers accordingly and notifies applicants not selected of status. Ensures
all required recruitment deadlines are achieved regardless of the

Essential Functions
Recruiting: Full lifecycle for internal, external, and potential
temporary needs across the entire company. Review applicants for all available
positions and evaluate the applicant's background, experience, skills,
and qualifications. Sources candidates through different online websites to
maintain a candidate pool. Ensures all required recruitment deadlines are met.
Manager Counseling / Candidate Referral: Refers qualified candidates to
hiring manager. Counsels hiring manager on applicant qualifications and
addresses concerns hiring manager may have on an applicant's qualifications
vs department-specific requirements. May assist managers with onboarding new
hires to Ent culture and finding ways to explain the culture to candidates in
a way that resonates with them. This includes coordination of the temporary
employment needs of the credit union. Coordinates credit reporting,
job-related testing, drug screening, and background information process as
needed. Determine starting salary based on candidates' experience,
ensuring internal equity and compliance with company policy. Communicates
candidate offer / declinations and candidate offer withdrawals due to
adverse information received from any pre-employment test.
Ent Career Pathing Assistance: Assists current employees with general
questions about career pathing / opportunities at Ent. Answers general
questions on available positions, required qualifications, and
eligibility. Helps with resume writing, and best practices to prepare for an
interview, offers mock interviews, and answers any other general
recruitment qu
Administer Job Posting Program: Assists with maintaining the recruitment
applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date and meets the
Equal Pay Act requirements. Assists with posting and sourcing efforts on
online recruitment platforms and websites. Ensures the most recent version of
the job description is being posted following Ent hiring authorization /
requisition procedures.
Candidate Outreach: Actively participates in outreach efforts to attract
applicants that meet the company's needs for a diversified workforce.
Attends virtual and in-person career fairs.
Recruiting Coach: Serves as the first point of contact for the entire
recruitment process which includes the requisition approval process, posting
process, qualifying candidates, and offers.
Bank Secrec Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and
procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Bachelor's Degree Business, Organizational Development, Human
Resources, Communications, Education, or equivalent.
1+ years' of Human Resource experience to include increased responsibility
in the areas of recruiting and hiring.
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a
relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a
bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could
be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting
work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work

Excellent ability to actively listen, evaluate, and match communication
styles with a wide variety of individuals.
