MUST RESIDE IN DENVER, CO

Responsibilities

  • The primary role is to provide device and application support to company executives including iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, Windows laptops, printers etc.

  • The secondary role is to manage and support the enterprise ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Design, develop, and test custom ServiceNow applications using APIs and scripting languages.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.

  • Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.

  • Package and deploy custom applications to the ServiceNow platform.

  • Document code and applications for maintainability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree in business or computer science with an emphasis in information technology.

  • 0-2 years’ experience.

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred).

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).

  • Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSD).

  • Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing iPads, iPhones, printers, laptops and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop and Apple iOS applications.

  • Ability to perform smart hand activity remotely.

  • Some Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.

  • Someexperience in software development.

  • Excellent written and oral communications.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Self-Driven and result oriented.

  • Really passionate about delivering excellent results to the customers.

Pay / Compensation

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $52,500 - $78,500

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as, but not limited to, prior experience or education.
