Responsibilities\
This position will partner closely within Procurement, with suppliers,
and cross-functional partners including the PFNA Office of
Sustainability, R&D, Legal, and Finance to deliver PepsiCos pep+ goals
related to packaging.
Key Responsibilities:\
* Partner with the PFNA Office of Sustainability, within Sourcing &
Procurement, and suppliers to develop and execute a roadmap to deliver
pep+ goals for 2025 and beyond.\
* Lead the development and execution of sustainability initiatives
focused on Packaging and Positive Value Chain initiatives of pep+ agenda
which includes GHG reductions, material science, advanced recycling,
partnerships, and policies.\
* Partner with the Global Office of Sustainability and Procurement
Category Leads to execute supplier sustainability surveys and identify
workflows critical to achieve Positive Value Chain objectives.\
* Represent PepsiCo Procurement at internal and external sustainability
meetings, championing initiatives, and ensuring communication to the
Senior Director and Procurement Leadership Team on progress.\
* Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and influence skills to
champion the pep+ agenda internally and externally.
Travel Required: 10-20%
Compensation and Benefits:\
* The expected compensation range for this position is between
\$102,800 - \$172,100 based on a full-time schedule.\
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be
considered in setting actual starting salary.\
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of
annual salary paid out annually.\
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,
vacation, sick, and bereavement.\

Qualifications\
* 7+ years of procurement, supply chain, engineering or finance
experience required. Sustainability and technical packaging experience
preferred.\
* Bachelors degree in supply management, finance, engineering or
Sustainability. MBA preferred.\
* Strategic thinking and planning couple with strong written and verbal
communication skills\
* Strong financial acumen, analytical, and organizational skills\
* Strong ability to develop ideas and recommendations, and then present
and influence across business units, functions, and various levels of
management, up to highest executive levels\
* Excellent external/supplier negotiations skills\
* Ability to independently manage programs and successfully function in
an ambiguous environment and minimal oversight
