| Coach/Direct Support Professional | |
| provide individualized training | |
| and follow-up support services, | |
| which enhances stability and job | |
| retention. The job coach/ DSP | |
| plays a vital role in providing | |
| assistance with daily activities, | |
| accompanying consumers on outings | |
| in the community, and supporting | |
| treatment plans in partnership | |
| with clinical staff to enhance | |
| the quality of life for those we | |
| support. Previous experience as | |
| a job coach preferred. | |

| This is a full time position. | |
| Monday through Friday. *Some | |
| weekend shifts may be required. | |

| - Valid Mississippi Driver's | |
| License with satisfactory | |
| driving record (no moving | |
| violations within 3 years) | |
| - Must be able to | |
| obtain Class D license | |
| within 30 days of hire | |
| - Must maintain auto liability | |
| limits of | |
| 100,000/300,000/50,000 | |
| - Will pass CPR, MANDT, and | |
| other required testing | |
| - Experience working with the | |
| IDD population preferred | |
| - Experience assisting others | |
| with ADLs preferred | |

| and from facilities and to | |

| participants in skills and | |
| conduct daily activities, | |
| training, and documentation | |
| for IDD day programs. | |
| - Will eat lunch on site with | |
| participants and take breaks | |
| on site. | |
| - Will help individuals learn | |
| skills for daily living | |
| appropriate to a home | |
| environment and will use | |
| pragmatic training techniques |
