Description Robert Half Technology is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst in the Columbia, SC area. This position is responsible for supporting the business and each internal system. Position Description o Act as key project team member for each release or update of supported system software. o Develop test scripts, and document test results. o Maintain subject matter expertise with supported applications and maintain active involvement in supported system user groups and forums. o Proactively maintain relationship with system providers and applicable business units, providing support for assigned systems. o Support the evaluation of third party and custom application related requests and new system functionality and enhancements. o Assist in researching issues, system functionality and implementing changes as requested. o Provide support to IT staff in developing or updating custom processes and researching system issues. o Ensure the integrity of system information. o Ensure system functionality complies with financial industry rules and regulations, ensure compliance with loan changes, and provide support to ensure the accuracy of system credit bureau reporting compliance with FCRA. o Work with business units to ensure appropriate training is provided and procedures are updated. o Assist in all areas of Lending Operations as required. o Produce system reports. Requirements o Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. o Five years direct experience with content management system and loan origination system. o Proved experience with banking processes, regulatory compliance, and an understanding of FCRA. o Outstanding interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication. o Capability to work successfully with internal and external customers. o Dependable positive, supportive, self-motivated, well-mannered, and detail oriented attitude. o Ability to apply technology to solve business problems. o Proficiency with report writing software, Structured Query Language, and Microsoft applications. o Experience participating in corporate initiative projects. o Solid critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assemble, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
