Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional SME with 15 to 20 years of experience in Business Process, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and preferably some experience in the Medical Devices domain.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. –
• Oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide expert guidance on business analysis techniques and methodologies to ensure accurate and effective requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Ensure that business intelligence solutions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on business intelligence tools and techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements. –
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process management and business intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Medical Devices domain.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 to $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
