Job Overview
The Key Account Manager is the central point of contact, account manager and contract liaison for Oncor Electric Delivery, a key account for Hubbell Power Systems. This person maintains and enhances the position of Hubbell Power Systems as the primary supplier to Oncor Electric Delivery. This person is the central focal point for the account, leading all activities related to the growth of sales to the account. The job requires travel, collecting and managing sales data, report writing, managing promotional activities, coordination of marketing activities and key account development. In addition this individual communicates within HPS to coordinate activities and opportunities at Oncor.
A Day In The Life
To develop and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of our major clients to protect and grow our business.
Acquire a detailed understanding of the customers’ needs and requirements.
Work collaboratively in the preparation of customer proposals/quotations for maintenance/development projects.
To grow our "share of wallet” in consumable products.
Undertake quarterly performance meetings with the mine corporate procurement teams.
Prepare and negotiate pricing with key corporate accounts.
Hold monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
