Clinical Supervisor
Mentor Behavioral health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to a team of clinical professionals. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of patient care, supervising clinical activities, and promoting a positive work environment. This is a vital position within our organization that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and guidance to a team of clinical professionals
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical operations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Provide direct support and assistance to clinical staff as needed
Utilize coding and medical terminology knowledge to ensure accurate documentation
Implement behavior management strategies and techniques
Conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients as required
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive change in patients
Apply principles of applied behavior analysis in clinical practice
Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
LiSW, LPCC, or IMFT required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of assessment techniques and treatment planning
Strong understanding of behavior management strategies
Proficiency in medical terminology and coding practices
Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
