ADAMH Board of Franklin County Data Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

 

The ADAMH Board of Franklin County provides a pathway to recovery for Franklin County residents needing resources for addiction and mental health. We need you to join our team and help support the work that brings Help, Healing, Health and Hope to our community! ADAMH is currently searching for our next Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for support of essential functions of assigned projects, monitoring of provider data and report submissions, data analysis, and reporting for various ADAMH functions and technical assistance to ensure data integrity and quality.

What you'll do:

  • Analyzes data and supports the development of organizational reporting resources.

``` - Supports data team projects by leading identified sub-projects and engages in quality improvement activities.

``` - Provides technical assistance to members of other teams and community partners regarding data submissions and reporting.

``` - Tracks and assembles primary and secondary data for accountability and performance metrics.

``` - Handles, tracks, and monitors data and report submissions from grantees and community partners.

``` - Assists with questionnaire development, data collection, and surveying.

``` - Works with staff on identifying and cataloging reporting needs and helps leadership with the planning of analysis projects.

``` - Supports initiatives for data integrity and quality.

``` - Supports database work, including table design, data processing, and documentation.

``` - Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for: Education:

Associate's degree in business administration, social sciences, mathematics, statistics, information technology, computer science, or other related field.  Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

At least one year experience in data analysis and reporting.

At least one year experience in verbal and written presentation of findings and insights derived from reports/data.

At least one year experience in verbal and written communication of technical details of data to varying audiences. 

Skills:

Broad knowledge and experience with data analysis techniques.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), database querying (e.g., MS SQL Server), and statistical methods (e.g., RStudio) preferred.

Advanced experience with MS Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.

Ability to master new concepts, theories, ideas, and processes independently and with ease.

Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
