Summary
As part of Industrial Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for global industrialization and harmonization of the Minifinish
process at HUBs (Distribution Hubs) and POs (Producing Organizations) including the related master data administration
covering products from different SBUs of the Industrial Division. After successful industrialization you are responsible for the
support of HUBs and POs during the active product life cycle (PLC) helping to ensure our supply chain service levels. With the
end of active PLC, you are responsible to lead the successful phase out process. You will have the support of an experienced
global team in Switzerland and China. For this team we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and target driven Supply Chain
Engineer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* On-time design and setup of the Minifinish process during New Product Introductions (NPI) at HUBs (EU, US) and POs (CN,
MX, DE).
* Drive the harmonization of the Minifinish process globally. Ensure all HUBs and POs are using the same tools, testing
equipment and workflows to simplify and create a higher level of efficiency while achieving continues improvement.
* During the NPI process you will drive the master data administration. This includes SAP, pricing, and initial demand
forecasting data.
* Provide support during active Product Life Cycle to HUBs and POs including queries related to technical product assembly and
configuration, master data and updating demand forecasting on an ongoing basis.
* After the active Product Life Cycle you will handle with your team the successful phase out of products and product families
* Engage with global team members, including those in China and Europe, to ensure alignment on project goals and
timelines.

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications* You must have a very good technical understanding with materials, mechanical parts, and electronic components with the
ability to communicate on the technical level with R&D, PM, and Compliance.
* You bring SAP knowledge (or other ERP system) - intermediate level inquiry and report generation with strong skills in
Microsoft Office.
* You are exceptionally well organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of multiple concurrent
projects and priorities.
* You have the ability to persistently track and follow-up on open issues and action items, to work with global cross functional teams, to possess strong "self-management" skills and to be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to travel up to 10 to 20% (MX, EU and China).
Education, Experience & Skills
* You have at least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other technical disciplines.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience and proven track record in Supply Chain, New Product Introduction (NPI) activities with
a good understanding in logistics, material / demand planning is required.
