Summary:
The Issues Risk Management Operational Excellence Sr Manager is responsible for developing the technology strategy and supporting the implementation of technical solutions to support the Issues Risk Management policy and procedure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the technology road map to drive automated compliance with the Issues Risk Management policy.
Collect and synthesize Issues Management technology requests and drive prioritization for technology releases.
Act as Issues Risk Management point person for all technology implementations across Archer, Data and reporting infrastructure
Partner with Archer technology organization to develop stories and prioritization for release schedules
Participate in demonstrations, story refinement with technology organizations
Partner with key stakeholders across Corporate Risk Management, Segments, Audit and Credit Review to align tool strategy needs
Lead socialization and readiness activities for new technology solutions
Develop release test strategies and lead execution
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum 5-8 years of Business Analysis, data management or Agile experience
Prefer experience with Archer GRC platform
Understanding of Risk Management principles
Experience translating business process mapping to technology requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Large Bank transformational, Issues Management, or regulatory experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior executive-level leaders.
Experience communicating with business partners and project Directors.
Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats.
Excellent influencing, consulting, and communication skills
