We are in search of a passionate Marketing Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team and become a guardian of data integrity, process support, and compliance within our marketing systems. Your attention to detail and expertise in data management will directly contribute to our marketing success and organizational goals.
In this position you will have the opportunity to support data management processes, conduct and facilitate audits, and resolve data issues, empowering you to make a tangible impact on our marketing success. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating agreement and membership requests, managing documents using platforms like DocuSign, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for handling internal and external support tickets, providing insightful statistics, analytics, and reports, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. Moreover, you will have the chance to manage marketing invoices and expenses, undertake administrative tasks and create training materials and business continuity resources. Your active participation in team projects and research initiatives will further enrich your experience and allow you to contribute meaningfully to our marketing objectives.

This position has a compensation range of approximately $47,000 to $50,000.
