What You Can Expect
As the Project Coordinator Analyst I, reporting to the Director of Capex, at The Ohio State University, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager and Project Manager. You will coordinate all activities related to the Capital Projects' program from the idea stage to project completion.
Every day you will schedule design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program, and manage meeting minutes and action item. You will also run weekly coordination meetings between university stakeholders, ENGIE project personnel, and Contractor personnel.
What You'll Bring
You have a bachelor's degree or (1) years previous experience in industrial projects in lieu of bachelors degree
You possess the ability to maintain a very high level of document organization; and proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), and SharePoint
You have knowledge of the facilities operations and development organization at Ohio State is a plus
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and contractors, including engineers, architects, and construction firms to develop and execute projects
You can perform analyses on current and future Ohio State projects to prevent potential conflicts or to create synergies with ENGIE's projects
You will maintain and revise the process and reporting templates for all project phases
You will document audit reports, detail design bid packages, as well as Requests For Information (RFI) and submittals during construction
You will assist the Program Manager with the close-out documentation
You will carry out other duties as assigned

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/will drive company vehicle
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
This position consists of 10% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
Compensation
Salary Range: $53,900 - $83,375 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
