JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, the Sr. Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing effective supply operations execution across all OTC segments as well as defining new policies and procedures to address needs to positively impact revenue. In addition, the Director of Supply Chain liaisons with operational leaders to ensure continuity of supply, optimization of rebate programs, right- sizing inventories, and cost saving initiatives across the organization. The Sr. Director of Supply Chain will oversee daily management and support of category team members and ensure proper development and execution of comprehensive commodity strategies that exceed both short term and long-term targets. Accountable for all commercial negotiations and supplier selections within commodities. Responsible for management of strategic suppliers through formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process and accountable for monitoring supplier risk across all responsible commodities. Develop savings opportunities, supplier performance monitoring and improvement, as well as supporting supply chain initiatives with all OTC segments. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage a team of Category Managers. Develop, implement, and drive Supply Chain scorecards. Monitor reports on PO's, inventory levels, and vendors. Decrease and mitigate E&O inventory. Monitor Fleet Vehicle program and performance. Identify spending that should be consolidated and leverage for savings and enhance master data. Implement QBR's with strategic vendors and review results of KPI's. Identify cost saving opportunities and conduct events to realize savings such as RFP's, auctions, etc. Provide daily management and support to category team members while developing and expanding team capabilities. Align with functional stakeholders and business leaders to incorporate product, service/repair & distribution strategies into commodity strategy while gaining leadership support for change. Lead commodity team members to develop and execute comprehensive commodity strategies that exceed both short term and long-term targets. Accountable for all commercial negotiations and supplier selections within commodities - exceed spend under long-term agreement and supplier rationalization targets. Responsible for management of strategic suppliers through formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process to improve supplier performance metrics including quality, delivery, productivity, and innovation. Partner with strategic suppliers and SQE/SDE to complete detailed capacity analysis. Align SIOP and demand forecasting with suppliers to efficiently ensure continuity of supply. Accountable for monitoring supplier risk across all responsible commodities while developing and maintaining detailed mitigation plans for critical components and at-risk suppliers. Accountable for team reporting and managing of commodity inflation, both mitigation and recovery. Aggregate commodity playbooks across team members and present comprehensive team update. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field. 10 + years' experience in Supply Chain and or Operations.
