Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Each summer, the company welcomes sophomores and juniors (anticipated graduation dates between December 2024 - May 2026) for a first-hand look into our company. Our interns work in departments across the organization, taking on projects that have long-term impact on our business. Joining us as a summer intern in 2024, you may work within a number of different departments, including:
Finance and accounting
Marketing
Engineering
Human resources
Business analytics
Lab testing
Legal
Information technology
We welcome students attending local four-year colleges/universities, or who do not attend school locally but plan to stay in the Columbus area for the summer, as our internship program is in-person.Please note that we do not provide relocation or housing assistance at this time.
If your major is engineering, computer science, business, chemistry, marketing, accounting, or another discipline that could be relevant to our business, please apply for this posting. You will have the opportunity to indicate your interest in a particular internship if you are contacted by a recruiter for an interview.
To be eligible for this internship, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa.
What You Need to Succeed
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university (anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - May 2026)
Proficient-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Effective public speaking skills, and the ability to communicate well in writing.
Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills.
Initiative/self-motivation and creativity.
