The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must be located in North/Northeastern or Southeastern Ohio. This is not a guarantee of employment. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will be taking lead on acquiring easements for large transmission line projects. These projects will bring a more reliable power source to communities through construction or upgrade of power lines. Will conduct advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners. You will be responsible for preparing settling damages, real estate documents, performing property research, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing construction support.
