Originating as an Allis-Chalmers dealership in Colusa County, California, ARNOLD'S has grown into a comprehensive destination offering an extensive range of new and pre-owned parts, service and repair solutions, and a fully equipped machine and fabrication shop tailored to meet the diverse needs of agriculture equipment owners and more.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate daily work activity with supervisor and team members.
- Working from blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, verbal instructions, and detailed repair drawings, to fabricate and assemble parts to dimensional specifications utilizing hand tools, drill press, lathe, end mill, welder (Mig and Stick), band saw, belt/disc sander, sheet metal shear, box and pan break, pedestal grinder, arbor press, and hydraulic press.
- Must be able to perform intermediate mathematical calculations related to the job.
- Diagnose, service and repair equipment as needed - including diesel, electrical, hydraulics, HVAC, implements.
- Facilities Maintenance.
- Operate forklifts.
- Load and Off-load trucks.
- Must be able to work independently and make quality repairs, timely and without rework.
- Must be dependable and maintain a clean work area.
- Must be professional when dealing with customers, and operators.
- Must be able to liftat least 30lbs.
