Describe Work Environment: Part of day in small office with 7-8 other employees answering phone calls. Majority of day outside in all types of weather checking trailers for loads & empties by opening doors.
Job Summary: PT dispatch admin & yard walk off.
Detailed Job Description: Fast paced office inbounding & outbounding drivers on phones with great attention to detail. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather opening & closing heavy trailer doors to verify status of trailer.
Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications: Must be able to type, use computers, multi-task without error. Good verbal communication skills & able to read lots of numbers correctly.
Additional Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications: Knowledge of hub operation a plus.
Interpersonal Skills and Abilities: Must be a self starter who enjoys a challenging work environment. Must be able to handle stress & still think clearly while multi-tasking. Positive attitude & ability to get along with multiple personalities in a small office.
Testing Requirements: Test Microsoft office
