(This is a part time position with a maximum of 29 hours a week)
The State of New Hampshire, Department of Information Technology, User Services Division - Enterprise Desktop Services has a
part time vacancy for a TSS Intern.
SCOPE OF WORK: Provides basic assistance and training to users in a computer environment and to maintain and support
hardware via various methods of communication in support of computing hardware, software in a desktop environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
Services customer via phone, remote tools, and e-mail.
Escalates customer issue appropriately.
Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal/external teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: One semester of college with a major study in information technology or a related field.
Experience: None required.
