Job Description
- Responsible and accountable for end-to-end processes associated with enrollment, eligibility and ID card data management inclusive of ongoing maintenance after initial onboarding. -Coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data and maintain enrollment databases. -Map files and data specifications based the customer's product and plan selection. -Customer facing interactions with clients and vendors demanding high levels of responsiveness. - Identifies and addresses barriers impacting access to care.- Completes manual, complex activity associated with new business/account implementations-Under general supervision, verifies enrollment status, makes changes to member/client records, and addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
-Operations work experience (Customer Service, Exposure to Enrollment processes are a plus). -Prioritization and organization skills must be strong in order to manage assigned case load and meet responsiveness expectations. -Professionalism to interact with clients, vendors and business partners as a representative of the Electronic Enrollment Department. -Responsiveness to inquiries within established service level agreements. -Demonstrated technical and analytical skills.-Strong communication skills

Education
-College degree preferred. -High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
