Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in
business/marketing, journalism, public relations, new media
communications, graphic design or a field relevant to the duties
outlined in the position description. At least three years of
professional experience leading or supporting the development,
implementation and management of marketing strategies and tactics while
meeting deadlines. Demonstrated experience with self-directed work,
including managing several competing creative projects with multiple
components, such as graphic design, copywriting, web development, video
and photography. Demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing
diversity, such as the ability to build relationships with a diverse
group of stakeholders. Strong written communication skills, including
copywriting and editing. Strong verbal communication skills, including
presentation skills (public speaking). Demonstrated experience with
online marketing, including an understanding of digital advertising,
e-newsletter development, analytics, and promotions through various
social media platforms. Proven ability to build and maintain
collaborative working partnerships with stakeholders to accomplish goals
