Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a field related to
the duties of this position AND 1 year of professional experience
coordinating, designing, and/or delivering trainings and presentations
OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional
training & organizational development experience. Familiarity with and
understanding of the principles and regulatory requirements related to
civil rights laws, equal opportunity, and affirmative action. Experience
coordinating, designing, and/or delivering trainings and presentations.
Demonstrated commitment to equity and diversity and creating inclusive
environments. Demonstrated effectiveness in oral, written, and email
communications. Experience in the development of content in a variety of
formats (e.g. websites, memos, newsletters, brochures, social media,
articles, digital and print materials, etc.). Understanding of design
principles as related to the development of communication and
educational materials. Proficient with software and tools used for
creating print and digital communication and educational materials.
Position Duties 40% Education and Training Outreach and Coordination
Manage and plan educational trainings and presentations on behalf of and
in collaboration with EOA staff. 30% Communication and Engagement
Oversight and Coordination Create strategies for engaging the university
