MDM Solutions LLC Project Manager in Costa Mesa, California

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating construction contractor activities while working closely with Chief Inspectors, Resident Engineers, and Contractor Superintendents to ensure work is performed per project requirements, maintain staffing levels, environmental expectations, to include schedule, maintenance and agency requirements. The Project Manager will verify the scheduling of all time sensitive activities at weekly meetings with the contractors superintendent, attending project related meetings, and act as a liaison between the Contractor, Chief Inspector and Manager of Construction. If an EHandS incident occurs, PM received all documentation from the Chief Inspector and provides it to the internal Safety Supervisor. The Project Manager will perform quality control of As-Built drawings for final approval, manage RFI/Change Order process, which includes: managing RFI and Change Order logs, generating change directives, reviewing contractor requested changes, and preparing approved change orders, review/approve inspection timesheets, and prepare job completion reports. The position acts as representatives of the Company and is expected to establish a professional business relationship with contractors, suppliers, vendors, other stakeholders, and Company personnel. The position is required to act in ethical manner and should be aware of Company policies regarding work ethics, including but not limited to gifts, entertainment, trips, etc. offered by contractors, vendors, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
