Provide support to the Retail Managers. Keep the register stations
flowing and organized. Process returns and warranties. Review pickup and
delivery orders. Assist with maintaining the retail store: stocking,
display, signage, and cleanliness.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the register stations\
o Become an expert at all register functions\
o Direct customer flow, work the lines and keep the customers happy\
o Review all pickup and delivery orders\
o Troubleshoot problems: frozen screens, printers, technical errors,
paper\
o Maintain customer information handouts
Diffuse upset customers\
o Listen and answer questions\
o Process returns and warranties\
o Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
Customer Service\
o Greet and assist walk-in Retail and Wholesale customers\
o Manage and organize customer pickup orders
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment\
o Registers and signage\
o Information Books and Binders: Gift Certificate, Pick-Up, and other
Cash Management\
o Be able to do all store opening and closing procedures\
o Dailies, Reconciliation, Deposit\
o Assure cash handling procedures are followed
Sales, Displays, and Merchandising\
o Answer phones\
o Assist with opening and closing procedures\
o Restock displays and keep all store areas clean\
o Make sure items are priced and organized\
o Maintain informational signage
