Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves performing administrative duties and managing front desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service in our telecom provider company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and cordially.

• Promptly and efficiently answer and direct incoming calls.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Maintain a well-organized reception area.

• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and documents as required.

• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Handle data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees.

• Provide accurate information and assistance in a courteous manner.

• Redirect inquiries to the appropriate person or department as needed.

• Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.

• Utilize Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams for various tasks.

• Handle light phone volume and schedule repairs for office equipment if necessary.

• Manage office supplies, including restocking the kitchen and handling mail duties. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

• Skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer inquiries or complaints.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in email correspondence, with a focus on professionalism and prompt response times.

• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration within a team.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, tertiary qualifications in business administration or related field preferred.
