Job Title: Analyst- Supply Chain Finance

Division: Consumer Products Division

Location: Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center

Reports To: Sr. Manager- Supply Chain Finance

What You Will Learn:

This position works with operations teams in developing and managing Supply Chain DC Cost, prepares assist in the monthly financial close for DCs, monthly financial report and adhoc reports. The role will assist the manager with budgeting, trend forecasts and financials analysis which will include reviews and approvals of purchase orders. The role will touch on multiple aspects of Supply Chain. Dealing with physical execution at our DCs, inbound and outbound transportation costs, assembly, and other logistics costs. In addition, this role will take the lead representing finance in new initiatives as needed.

  • Assist manager with budgeting, trend forecasts, and financial analyses

  • Prepare Ad hoc requests/reports, prepare and deliver presentations

  • Responsible for preparation of monthly general ledger closing, account analysis and reconciliation

  • Generate and Publish daily gross and net shipments report

  • Create, Review, Approve or Reject Purchase Orders and T&E requests

  • Oversee an Annual Budget Responsibility of $200M

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required

  • 0-3 years related experience and/or training

  • Highly proficient in Excel

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear and concise and to influence and understand their audience

  • Ability to extract data and understand how to use relational data base concepts to merge, transfer files to meaningful creation of reports, as well as evaluating details to analyze data and create summary of information/trends

  • Independent problem-solving and thorough analytical skills; self-motivated, self-directed, and flexible individual

  • Experience in dealing with budgets, expense reports and financial analysis to include trends, comparative evaluations, actual vs. budget, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Distribution Center environment preferred

  • SAP experience preferred
