Responsibilities:
Guide engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams to achieve project goals
Maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; project scopes of work; budgets; and schedules
In coordination with accounting, manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing
Monitor project costs and field conditions, and ensure changes are fully reflected in cost reports
Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance
Coordinate the construction schedule with design, commissioning, and qualification schedule requirements
If project risks are identified, work to mitigate those in partnership with leadership
Leading the established site safety program in the area and monitoring performance with CMs and Superintendents on site
Interact with the client, listening and ensuring that their needs are met
Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Position may be assigned to client site for an extended period of time
Position will visit construction sights and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules
Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of electrical project management experience
Experience managing electrical construction for multi-million dollar projects from start to finish
Supervisory and business development experience
Scheduling and budget management experience
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain and maintain
