Description We are looking for a Credit & Collections Manager to join our team in Crofton, Maryland. This role involves working within the telecom industry, specifically focusing on processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer credit inquiries
• Monitor customer credit accounts
• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools
• Implement ERP solutions to streamline credit and collection processes
• Handle accounts receivable and billing functions
• Set and manage credit limits for customers
• Utilize NetSuite for credit and collection management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is a must.
• Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed.
• Knowledge of Billing Functions is necessary.
• Understanding of Collection Processes is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in Credit management and credit limit setting.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.
