Description
Seeking a skilled Fund Accountant responsible for financial report preparation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting, and fund-level expense tracking. Key responsibilities include capital calls, distributions, and facilitating audits for multiple Funds. This role is a hybrid opportunity located outside of Annapolis, MD.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
CPA strongly preferred.
2-3 years' experience in Public Accounting or a similar field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong technical experience related to GAAP.
Excellent organizational and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with and understanding of leveraged loans.
