JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Accountabilities Will assume supervisory responsibilities during supervisor absences Will become part of the weekend and holiday overtime rotation Acting as Production Leader you will be responsible for carrying out and following up on daily work and manning adjustments within multiple manufacturing and assembly departments. Advise and instruct assemblers and operators with machining procedures on various types of equipment throughout several departments. Maintain current position and assist supervisor when needed. Will perform various other duties as assigned.
