The Human Resources Generalist III provides Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation and ensures issues and inquiries are addressed in compliance with Human Resources policies, state and federal employment laws. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Foster a positive working environment by ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing of all team members.
Implement and administer employee policies.
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
