Operator will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks

WAGES AND THREE (3) WEEKS OF VACATION * Observing all safety
procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area. * Applying quality
instructions & specifications * Monitoring the production or packing
operation to ensure quality objectives are met. * Loading/unloading
material into & from equipment. * Working as a team member through
sharing information, problem solving & assisting others * Analyzing and
troubleshooting machine or in-process product problems. Work location:

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without
sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). The starting
rate of pay is \$21.28-\$24.57 with the possibility to reach
\$23.10-\$26.08 after 6 months and a \$2.00/hour shift differential for
second and third shift. This targeted compensation range represents a
good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not
limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 3M is an
