Xponential Fitness Lead Instructor in Cypress, Texas

Job Summary: The Lead Instructor at Club Pilates will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Pilates instructors to deliver high-quality Pilates classes to members of the club. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the franchise industry located in Cypress, Texas. The Lead Instructor will report to the Studio Manager and will play a key role in the success of Club Pilates by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of all classes. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this role is $30 to $45 per hour, paid biweekly plus a monthly Lead bonus. Responsibilities: Weekly:  * Maintain open availability of a minimum of 2.5 hours per week.  * Maintain a bi-weekly hour log to be submitted to the studio GM.  Monthly:  * Participate in the monthly corporate Lead Instructor conference calls (1st Wednesday ofevery month) and subsequent training/sharing of information to staff regarding topicscovered on these calls.  * Observe instructors for proficiency and performance monthly across the studio. Provide needed mentorship as required to instructors to ensure their teaching is up toClubPilates standards  * Along with your studio GM, visually inspect all equipment monthly utilizing the CPNH checklist to ensure it is in good workingorder and safe to use. Submit monthly checklist and notes via email to management/ownership.  Quarterly:  * Plan and execute instructor reviews utilizing appropriate documentation including client feedback within each studio. Initially, all instructors should be reviewed within the first 12 weeks of starting the position. Frequency thereafter will be assessed on an as needed basis however each instructor at every studio shouldreceive a minimum of two reviews annually. Results are to be discussed with the studio General Manager. Copies of notes and documents are to beforwarded to the General Manager for inclusion in the employee file.  * Responsible for conducting a quarterly instructor meeting at each studio to discuss new developments, training and team building. Scheduling to beapproved by your GM. An email summary of the meeting is to be forwarded to your studio GM and CPNH ownership.  * When requested, assist with planning quarterly client workshops in co-ordination with studio management.  As Needed:  * Attendance in person or via Zoom at CPNH Management meetings when requested.  * Provide needed mentorship as required to instructors to ensure their teaching is in accordance with current Club Pilates education standards.  * Assist, when requested, in the recruitment and hiring process of new candidate instructors for your studio. For the purposes of clarification, all instructors employed by CPNH report directly to the studio General Manager.  * Participate in new instructor orientation when requested.  * Assist in Teacher Training recruiting and schedule, coordinate and attend candidate information sessions.  * Responsible for ensuring the instructor team adheres to equipment standards set bystudio management.  * Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed and studiopromotions to generate new business (This will be in coordination with management).   Instructor Duties:  * Instruct a minimum of 12 group classes per week as scheduled by management and pursuant to Club Pilates standards.  * Agree to participate in a weekend scheduled rotation.  * Agree to participate in an evening block/rotation.  * Instruct a minimum of one Intro Class per week.     Other Duties and Responsibilities:  * Lead by example and promote the corporate culture of inclusivity.  * Maintain honesty and integrity.  * Any other duties as assigned.  Requirements: 1. Current certification through a nationally accredited Pilates certification program 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor. 3.  Experience in leading and managing a team of fitness professionals. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. 6. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. 7. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to Pilates. 8. Basic computer skills and ability to use software for scheduling and client management. 9.
