The West Valley Housing Authority (WVHA) is seeking an individual to
join our Housing Programs team in Dallas, Oregon. This position is
dedicated to ensuring the agency\'s assigned properties are kept in A+
condition regarding appearance/marketability, livability, lease
enforcement, and financial/regulatory performance/compliance. It is
desired that applicants for this position possess certification and have
at least 3 years\' experience in LIHTC property management, but we are
willing to train the right candidate. Ideal candidates will also exhibit
some history of exposure/experience with HOME, AHTF, PBV\'s, LIPH, and
other HUD-related programs. Applications shall exhibit the applicant\'s
experience, or desire to attain experience, in maintaining compliance
through the performance of work surrounding, eligibility, certification,
tenancy, and regulatory reporting requirements for multi-family rental
properties. Work shall generally be performed Monday through Friday from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an occasional need for weekend/after-hour
response. This position is classified as non-exempt (will be compensated
for over-time). An office shall be provided in the main office (address
below) and work will be conducted in-person either at the main office or
property sites (remote work generally not available). This position is
currently responsible for approximately 111 rental units among 7,
scattered sites. Ability to fluently speak and comprehend Spanish is
highly desirable and will be acknowledged with a 4% differential in pay.
