Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to provide administrative and bookkeeping support, ensuring efficient financial recordkeeping. Responsibilities include managing communications related to invoices, maintaining knowledge of bookkeeping policies, auditing customer databases, organizing invoices, and initiating collections on past-due balances. The role also involves processing unique billing situations, maintaining customer files, updating contact information, handling customer inquiries regarding bills, and processing various forms and requests. You will also be responsible for invoice processing, delivering invoices through multiple channels, issuing account statements, applying payments accurately, managing account balances, reconciling accounts, and assisting with the month-end closing process.

Hard Skills

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience

  • Cash Applications, Invoicing / Billing, Collections

  • Researching credits

  • Basic Excel

  • Software: NetSuite

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Dallas, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role requires both independent work and collaboration within a team. The associate will interact with customers and manage sensitive financial information, necessitating a high level of discretion and professionalism.
