Description We are offering a role in the financial services industry based in Dallas, Texas, 75211, United States. The position is for a Collections Specialist who will be integral to our team. As this role is contract, it offers the opportunity to gain substantial experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations, ensuring exceptional service is provided to all customers.
• Use effective judgment to grow account volume through customer solicitations.
• Adhere to all company policies and State and Federal lending regulations.
• Minimize delinquent debt through appropriate telephone collection activities.
• Ensure all payments and fees are correctly posted to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy.
• Conduct data entry of loan application and documents with precision.
• Process credit loan applications and sign checks for loans as directed.
• Utilize skills in the Spanish language, Microsoft Excel, and Customer Service to effectively perform job functions.
• Work in a fast-paced call center environment, demonstrating proficiency in call center metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to customer credit. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Spanish language
• Proven experience in credit collections
• Strong customer service skills, preferably within a call center setting
• Ability to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced call center environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach to all interactions.
