Randstad is currently looking for an Customer Service Representative 2 in Dallas, TX.This role involves managing high volumes of inbound or outbound calls to assist customers interested in home refinancing or purchasing, gathering their information, and transferring them to Home Mortgage Consultants. Candidates need good customer service, multitasking, and communication skills, along with the ability to handle repetitive tasks and rejection. Tech-savviness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success. Position: Customer Service Representative 2 Location : Dallas, TX 75202 Pay: $20/hr Shift Days/Hours: Jobs will be M-F with some Saturdays. Preferred shift will be 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM CST and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST on Saturdays Training Days/Hours: M-F:8am-430pm cst DALLAS: 4-5 weeks in office then go into hybrid role to complete training

Responsibilities
Call center group within Consumer Lending - Consumer Direct Sales group and will be handling 50-100 calls per day
Candidates will be working in the National Contact Center and will be assisting Home Mortgage Consultants.
Associates will receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home.
Associates will reach out to customers to confirm interest, to confirm their contact info, bank information, and availability. Once confirmed, they will transfer over to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) who will take the customer through the next part of the process.
