Robert Half is working with a client in Dallas, TX in search of 2 Field Technicians.
POSITION: FIELD TECH X2
LOCATION: DALLAS, TX
DURATION: 12 MONTH CONTRACT
RATE: $26-28/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Microsoft Certification (A+ minimum)
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops/laptops/printers)
Need to know their way around the inside of a computer. (ex. “this is the motherboard”)
Machine Imaging experience
Need to explain process step-by-step they’ve done in past.
Add/Create AD account: step-by-step process of how.
Network troubleshoot issues: Step-by-step process of how they would troubleshoot a network issue.
Requirements
CompTIA A+ REQUIRED.
Previous customer facing support experience
Drive van (small SUV) – Driving Waiver Required
