Description We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in the Plastics Manufacturing industry, located in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with the potential for a long-term commitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your network of connections and social networks such as LinkedIn for sourcing potential candidates.

• Engage with local networks, organizations, and universities to build a constant pipeline of warm leads.

• Create excitement and interest for potential candidates about joining the organization and effectively communicate the benefits of joining.

• Schedule and conduct interviews via MS Teams or on-site with potential candidates.

• Keep accurate records of candidates' interview, hiring and onboarding process.

• Collaborate with Leaders, Director of People Operations, and external Recruiting Partners to fully understand and communicate the company culture and value proposition to potential employees.

• Professionally overcome candidate objections and engage passive candidates into active prospects.

• Maintain discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations and make effective decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Requirements • Candidate must have prior experience in the Plastics Manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Strong knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• Experience with Careerbuilder and CRM systems is necessary.

• Familiarity with 'About Time', Applicant Track System and Background Checks is expected.

• Candidate must possess strong Communication skills.

• Prior experience in Corporate Recruiting is a must.

• Knowledge of Oracle systems is highly desirable.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and related processes is required.

• Must be able to perform tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience in HR roles within the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.

• Proven track record in recruiting for a variety of roles and levels.
