Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Must be bilingual
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 3 years of janitorial experience that reflects the potential for supervising others
Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the position and perform arithmetic calculations as required by the position
Able to work independently and within the framework of a team, accepting his/her role as required
Committed to high standards of safety and willing and able to comply with all safety laws
Must have the ability to perform day-to-day responsibilities with little or no direction
Must have flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to address urgent operational needs or scheduling conflicts
Must have the ability to work cooperatively in group situations and work actively to resolve conflicts
Must have basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of custodial cleaning method materials, chemicals, and equipment used in custodial work and of the safety and sanitation practices and measures required
Establish and maintain positive outlook and encourage open communication, maintain objectivity
Organizational skills
Prolonged period of walking, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs
