This Lead Product Management and Development role is for someone who can draw on previous experience in developing and implementing network-based products brought to life through rich user experiences.

In this role, you will identify both short and long-term network solutions, assess current and anticipated business needs related to the technology necessary to implement security solutions. Candidates will work across multiple business units/organizations and gain consensus on technologies aimed at delivering the very best security protections for our AT&T Wireless customers.

Components of this role include:

  • Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new security products or services and enhancements

  • Accountable for delivering new functionality to increase customer satisfaction through security

  • Responsible for multi-year product planning, looking to industry and competitive dynamics, standards, and emerging technologies that will shape consumer security solutions

  • Identify, monitor, and analyze internal and external factors to reposition, modify features and identify new solutions to combat emerging threats

  • Partner with technology and UX teams to design products that meet the needs of the business with minimal investment

  • Establish reporting metrics and reporting to assess the product and financial performance

  • Create new enhancements or applications in anticipation of or in response to, market, competitor, or regulatory influences

  • Translate new technologies and market requirements into product design

  • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates, and funding requests

  • Provide readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned

  • Conduct feasibility studies related to new product development

  • Motivate others to action and provide leadership qualities as needed

  • Act as a team lead as needed to provide leadership to less experienced professionals

Position can be in Atlanta, GA; Redmond, WA; Dallas, TX and El Segundo, CA; other locations may be considered.


  • 6+ years product management experience in consumer new product development

  • Strong outreach and collaboration skills

  • Expertise in translating business problems into technical solutions

  • Experience in the Product Development process

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in executing projects from ideation to completion

  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

  • A product evangelist comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies, or applications to senior-level management and across a diverse product team

  • Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations that include technology, network, and device teams

  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field of study preferred
