You will have the ability to make a difference in others’ lives as you manage cases dealing with Employment Law, Securities Fraud, Employment discrimination, EEOC Guidelines, Employee Benefits and much more. You don’t have to have experience with Employment Law to apply for this position. If you are an accomplished Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, the firm will train you on everything you need to know to manage your desk and assist your attorneys. Your days will fly by as you are busy with factual research and document analysis. Experience all aspects of assisting your attorneys in getting ready for trial from beginning to end. You will have the opportunity to attend trial as well. Your days will be full and meaningful as you draft and file petitions, handle discovery, request medical records, prepare clients for depositions, create trial binders, file with the State and Federal Court, and much more. You can show off your people skills as there is heavy client communication with your clients regarding their cases. Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal
Ideal candidate will have experience managing complex litigation cases from inception, prelitigation, litigation, trial, to settlement or trial phases
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Paralegal Certification
Have experience filing with State and Federal Courts
This firm handles Employment Law Cases—if you have always wanted to be trained to work on Employment Law cases, this is your chance!!
Required to have a good understanding of damages and law suits
Should have experience in evidence gathering and legal document analysis
You will act as a liaison to your Partner, Senior Counsel, Opposing Counsel Expert Witnesses and Vendors
Experience drafting a variety of legal documents is needed
